133.04 WATER AND SEWER.

   (a)   The Fiscal Officer is authorized to hire the necessary personnel to assist with the Water and Sewer Department accounts and/or correspondence.

   (b)   The personnel shall be employed on a part-time basis as needed, under the general direction of the Fiscal Officer.  Part-time shall be defined as anywhere between one hour per day to fifteen  hours per week maximum.
