133.03 DEPUTY FISCAL OFFICER.

   (a)   Effective April 10, 1979, the position of Deputy Fiscal Officer shall be a full time position, requiring said officer to work a forty hour week.

   (b)   The Deputy Fiscal Officer shall be under the direct supervision of the Fiscal Officer, and shall perform duties as they are directed by the Fiscal Officer.
