921.02  PROHIBITED CONNECTIONS TO AND DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY SEWERS.
   (a)   No person shall discharge or permit to be discharged clear water into the sanitary sewers of the Village.
   (b)   No person shall connect or permit to be connected any clear water connections to the sanitary sewers.
   (c)   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged into the sanitary sewer system any industrial or commercial waste unless such waste is pre-treated to a level of strength and toxicity amenable to treatment with domestic waste.
