133.02 INCOME TAX ADMINISTRATOR.

There shall be a Village Income Tax Administrator who shall be employed in the Village Administrative Department under the direction of the Village Fiscal Officer and shall be primarily responsible for all income tax records, filing, collections, deposits, administration and all other duties related to the Village income tax.
