905.01 CONSENT OR DIRECTION OF COMMISSIONER REQUIRED.

No person shall make any excavation in or remove any earth from any of the streets or public grounds of the Village, or disturb, remove or interfere with any street crossing, sewer or culvert that has been or shall be located by the Street Commissioner without the written consent or direction of the Commissioner.
