The Village of Windham hereby creates the appointed position of Village Fiscal Officer pursuant to Ohio R.C. 733.26.2 which position shall entail the duties and responsibilities of a Village Clerk and Village Treasurer as well as any additional duties the Council deems appropriate. This shall be effective for the November 2003 election of Municipal Officials with the newly appointed official to take office for the January 1, 2004 term or upon a vacancy occurring in the Clerk-Treasurer’s position.
