§ 90.05 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   It is made the duty of the Council members and town employees to report the existence of nuisances to the enforcement authority.
   (B)   The enforcement authority, or its representative, shall be authorized to visit, enter into, or upon the building, lot, grounds, or premises within the limits of the town for the purpose of ascertaining and discovering any nuisances to make examination thereof.
