§ 52.28 CHARGES FOR WORK PERFORMED ON CUSTOMER’S PREMISES.
   (A)   (1)   The utility shall charge for all materials furnished and for all work performed on any customer’s premises.
      (2)   The utility shall charge for all trouble calls if trouble calls were not made necessary by the default or negligence of the utility.
   (B)   The utility shall not charge for the costs of any repairs or replacements of equipment furnished and owned by the utility which are located on the premises of the customer unless the repairs or replacements were made necessary by the misuse of equipment or negligent use of equipment by the customer.
