§ 52.12 FIRE DEPARTMENT USE REPORTING.
   (A)   The Town Volunteer Fire Company shall report to the town municipal utility office its use of water for firefighting purposes, in the form of gallons used, so that water usage in the town can more accurately be tracked.
   (B)   The Town Volunteer Fire Company shall report to the town municipal utility office the volume of water used, in writing, not less than one time per month.
