(A) If the utility provides service to customers in separate premises, separate houses, or buildings, or to separate living or business quarters on the same premises under a single control or management, the customers shall be supplied through individual connections and shall receive separate bills.
(B) (1) If the service pipe running from the main to the premises is of adequate size to supply the demand, the utility may temporarily waive the requirement for separate service connections.
(2) However, the utility shall continue to require the payment of a minimum bill and the tendering of security deposits in the same manner as if separate service connections had been installed.
