§ 52.09 INTERRUPTIONS IN SERVICE.
   (A)   The utility shall not be liable for any damage resulting from any interruption of service.
   (B)   The utility shall not be liable to any customer or any other person due to an insufficiency of, interruption in, or shortage of water or water pressure.
