§ 52.08 LIABILITY FOR LEAKAGE AND DAMAGE.
   The utility shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever caused by the escape or loss of water after the water has passed beyond the point of delivery. The utility shall not be liable for any defects in the appliances, equipment, or piping of any customer.
