§ 52.04 RESALE OR DIVERSION OF WATER.
   (A)   No customer shall resell any water supplied by the utility to that customer. No customer shall deliver any water supplied to that customer to any premises other than those specified in that customer’s application for service.
   (B)   The utility may waive the requirements of this section by executing a special agreement between the utility and the customer.
