(A) No person shall install, cover, or place in service any septic tank in the town until after the Town Marshal or a member of the Town Council has inspected the tank.
(B) No person shall install or use any septic tank unless the tank has an inspection lid at the outlet and has a tile at least two feet in length placed at a 90-degree angle pointing toward the bottom of the tank at the outlet or unless the tank has baffles to within four inches of its bottom.
