§ 50.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   The town shall collect the fees assessed in §§ 50.01 through 50.03, and 50.05 by assessing such fees on the utility bill of each residence.

   (B)   Any person refusing to pay for such service, or found to be in violation of §§ 50.01 through 50.03, and 50.05 shall be fined as follows:

      (1)   First offense: $20;

      (2)   Second offense: $50; and

      (3)   Third and subsequent offenses: $100.

   (C)   Failure to comply with the provisions of § 50.04 regarding removal of trash totes from the roadway/curb shall result in a written warning from the Town Marshal for the first offense and a fine of $25 for each offense thereafter during each calendar year. Each week a violation continues shall constitute a new and separate offense of § 50.04.
