All trash, garbage, and yard waste shall be placed in bags no larger than 30 gallons. These bags shall be placed adjacent to the alley or street for collection by the contracted collector. They may be placed in a metal or plastic barrel or other suitable container; however, this is not a necessity. All recyclables shall be placed in the recycling bin provided by the town and/or the waste management company.
