§ 34.35 ADOPTION.
   (A)   The town adopts the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the 2005 Guidelines for Accessible Public Rights-of-Way.
   (B)   In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), being 28 C.F.R. Part 35, the town will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.
