§ 34.02 WRITTEN APPROVAL FOR REMOVAL OF TOWN PROPERTY.
   (A)   All equipment, computers, printers, fax machines, or any other property owned by the town shall remain on town-owned property unless removal is approved, in writing, by the Town Council.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to the equipment, vehicle, or town property issued to, or under the control of, the Town Marshal.
