(A) Rental of the Community Center shall be charged according to the following schedule.

(B) All rentals shall also be charged any applicable taxes on the aforementioned rental rates.
(C) No deposit shall be necessary, but the renting entity shall be responsible for all costs of cleaning and any damages caused by the renting entity or any guests attending the event, and shall be bound by all terms and provisions of the “Community Building Rental Contract” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
