§ 33.01 ACCEPTANCE OF CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER.
   (A)   The use of all credit or debit cards shall not be authorized for payment of utility bills due and owing to the town.
   (B)   The Clerk/Treasurer shall make necessary arrangements to accept and secure payments for any amounts owed to the town for municipal services in the form of cash, check, or money order only.
