§ 153.15 DEPARTMENT OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT.
   Pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-5-4, there is hereby created and established the Town Department of Storm Water Management (“Department”). The Department shall be controlled and managed by a Board of Directors (the “Board”) consisting of the members appointed by the Council, all pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-5-4(c). The Board shall have the powers specified under I.C. 8-1.5-5-6, together with all other authority, powers, duties, and responsibilities set forth in the Act. Each Director shall serve a four-year term, with the first appointed Director serving only a two-year term so as to create staggered terms as required by I.C. 8-1.5-5-4(d).
