In compliance with I.C. 8-1.5-5-4 and I.C. 8-1.5-5-5 the Council hereby adopts and incorporates herein by reference the provisions of I.C. 8-1.5-5-1 through I.C. 8-1.5-5-32, inclusive, (hereinafter the “Act”), as from time to time amended.
