§ 152.22 NOTICE TO ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS.
   No permit or certificate of occupancy shall be issued until all adjacent property owners have been notified in writing by the Town Clerk/Treasurer of the public hearing. Such notice shall be served either by certified mail or hand delivery by the Town Marshal.
