Notice shall be made to any adjacent property owner, in writing, prior to the commencement of any fencing project. Adjacent property owners shall have ten days to object to any proposed fencing project. An objection should be made in writing to the Town Marshal’s office, and then the objection shall be heard at the next available Town Council meeting prior to the commencement of any new fence construction.
