§ 151.46 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   A permit shall be obtained from the Town Marshal’s office prior to commencement of construction, repair, reconstruction, or removal of any fence within the town.
   (B)   Permit fees for fences shall be set by Council resolution. The permit fee shall be $25 until further resolution of the town.
