(A) The office of Town Marshal is hereby established.
(B) The Marshal may appoint no more than three Deputy Marshals.
(C) (1) No person shall serve as a Deputy Marshal until that person posts a bond in the same amount as that posted by the Marshal.
(2) No person shall also serve until the appointment of that person to the position of Deputy Marshal is approved by the Council.
(D) The appointment of every Deputy Marshal shall expire on January 1 of each year.
