§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating § 111.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not less than $25 nor more than $100, in addition to having his or her license revoked.
