§ 30.03 PARTS OF TOWN IN MORE THAN ONE WARD.
   If any part of the town is described in this subchapter as being in more than one ward, it is included within the ward that is one of the wards in which that part is listed in § 30.01, is contiguous to that part, and contains the least population of any such ward.
