(A) No burning shall be conducted during unfavorable meteorological conditions such as temperature inversions, high winds, or air stagnation.
(B) All fires must be attended at all times until completely extinguished.
(C) If the fire creates a nuisance, or a fire hazard, it shall be extinguished.
(D) All burning must take place during daylight hours. Fires shall be replenished in such manner that the material will be consumed by sunset.
