§ 92.08 DAMAGE OF PARK PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionally damage or deface park equipment, plants, and vegetation within the public park.
   (B)   The damage or defacement of the items listed in division (A) above shall apply to any other public park property.
