§ 91.04 KEEPING OF CHICKENS.
   Residents of the town may maintain up to 12 chickens on their property, so long as the chickens are properly restrained in cages and not “free range/free roaming” at any time. Residents of the town shall not maintain roosters, regardless of restrictions on movement or cages.
