§ 37.27 RIVERBOAT WAGERING TAX REVENUE SHARING FUND.

There shall be established a Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund into which funds received from riverboat wagering tax revenue shall be receipted. These monies may be used to carry out any governmental purpose for which the fiscal bodies of the city appropriates.
