(A) A non-reverting fund is hereby established in the Police Department, entitled Drug Abuse Resistance Education Non-Reverting Fund.
(B) The City Council may, in its discretion, appropriate funds to the Drug Abuse Resistance Education Non-Reverting Fund.
(C) Revenue and donations collected by the Police Department's activities related to Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program are to be deposited into the Drug Abuse Resistance Education Non-Reverting Fund.
(D) The Drug Abuse Resistance Education Non-Reverting Fund shall be used in a manner determined by the City Council for expenses associated with the Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program, including but not limited to payroll, purchase and maintenance of equipment and signs, or capital improvement, or donations as provided for under I.C. 36-1-14-1, or other applicable state statute.
(E) The funds in this account shall not revert to any other fund for any other use.
