(A) A nonreverting fund is hereby established in the Fire Department, entitled Ambulance Non-Reverting Fund.
(B) The City Council may, in its discretion, appropriate funds to the Ambulance Non-Reverting Fund.
(C) Revenue collected from the ambulance service is to be deposited into the Ambulance Non-Reverting Fund.
(D) The Ambulance Non-Reverting Fund shall be used in a manner determined by the Board of Works either for expense associated with the city ambulance service, including but not limited to payroll, maintenance of ambulance, collection of debt, or capital improvement of the ambulance services;
(E) The funds in this account shall not revert to any other fund for any other use.
