§ 37.19 ANIMAL CONTROL FUND.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall create a separate non-reverting fund, to be known as the Animal Control Fund, in which all funds collected as a result of the efforts of the Animal Control Officer shall be deposited.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall disburse said funds for the sole and limited purpose of paying expenses associated with the City Animal Control Officer.
