§ 35.17 PAYMENT OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND COSTS OF ADMINISTRATION.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay medical insurance premiums for claims in excess of the medical benefits payable and self-insured by the city and the Clerk-Treasurer is further authorized to pay all costs and expenses incurred by the city in connection with the plan including, but not by way of limitation, costs of administration, audit, and first-year start-up.
