§ 35.15 ESTABLISHMENT OF PLAN AND FUND.

   (A)   There is hereby established a medical benefit plan to be known as the "Employee Medical Benefit Plan" (the "plan") for full-time employees of the city.

   (B)   There is hereby established a separate fund, to be used for the purposes herein specified, and to be known as the "Medical Benefit Plan Fund" (the "fund").
