§ 39.06 MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The city hereby adopts the Randolph County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan as an official plan.
   (B)   The Randolph County Department of Homeland Security will submit on behalf of the participating municipalities the adopted Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan to the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final review and approval.
