§ 39.05 FEES FOR MARRIAGES.
   (A)   The city shall charge the sum of $50 for the Mayor to perform marriage ceremonies.
   (B)   The monies charged for the performance of marriage ceremonies shall be deposited in the Mayor's Promotional Fund and shall be used by the Mayor as the Mayor may determine.
