(A) The city has previously established a Sidewalk Non-Reverting Fund.
(B) The City Council may, in its discretion, appropriate funds to the Sidewalk Non-Reverting Fund.
(C) The Sidewalk Non-Reverting Fund shall be used in a manner determined by the Board of Public Works and Safety for expenses associated with the repair or installation of sidewalks and curbs in the city, which includes, but is not limited to, tree and vegetation removal. In addition, the Fund may be used in a manner determined by the Board of Public Works and Safety for the demolition, disposal and removal of junk and dilapidated structures including but not limited to structures which are nuisances. The Fund may be used to partially reimburse property owners or the city for expenses incurred with the repair or installation of sidewalks, curbs or removal and disposal of junk and dilapidated structures.
