§ 37.30 NON-REVERTING ADA FUND.
   (A)   A non-reverting fund is hereby established in the Winchester Parks Department, entitled ADA Fund.
   (B)   The City Council may, in its discretion, appropriate funds to the ADA Fund.
   (C)   Monies donated specifically to the ADA Fund shall be deposited in the ADA Fund.
   (D)   The ADA Fund shall be used for making the park and park equipment accessible for Americans with Disabilities as may be determined by the Board of Parks and Recreation.
