§ 34.21 REVENUE AND USE.
   (A)   Revenue collected from the Fire Department's training of other entities or individuals and grants specifically designated for training is to be deposited in the Fire Department's Non-Reverting Training Fund.
   (B)   The Fire Department Non-Reverting Training Fund shall be used in a manner determined by the Board of Public Works and Safety for expenses associated with the city Fire Department training needs which includes, but is not limited to payroll and instructor's fees.
   (C)   The funds in this account shall not revert to any other fund for any other use.
