§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person or entity who is guilty of a violation of any provision of this chapter to which no other specific penalty applies shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Violators of §§ 150.50 through 150.65 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
