§ 150.63 ENFORCEMENT.
   The enforcing authority may request the City Attorney to bring a civil action in the Circuit or Superior Court of the county seeking remedies authorized in I.C. 36-7-9-19 and I.C. 36-7-9-22, including a request to the court for forfeiture up to $1,000.00.
