§ 34.15 ESTABLISHMENT; BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO MANAGE FUND.
   The city, which maintains a regularly organized and paid Fire Department, hereby elects to establish a Firefighter's Pension Fund in the city and a Board of Trustees to manage said fund, under the terms and provisions of I.C. 36-8-7.
