§ 130.07 UNLAWFUL TO POST ADVERTISEMENTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place upon any tree, telephone pole, electric light pole situated on any street, alley, avenue or public grounds in the city by means of paste, tack, nail, sticking device or in any other manner, any hand-bills, poster, picture or advertisement whatsoever.
