§ 130.06 EXPECTORATING ON SIDEWALKS OR IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

(A) It is and shall be a nuisance and unlawful for any person to spit or expectorate upon any sidewalk or any portion thereof, or upon any public walk within the city which is paved with stone, cement, asphalt, brick or wood.

(B) It is and shall be a nuisance and unlawful for any person to spit or expectorate in the city building situated within the city or in any educational building situated within the city, except in such receptacles as are provided therefor.
