§ 130.05 INTERFERING WITH CITY OFFICIALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to intentionally impede or interfere with, or attempt to impede or interfere with, any police officer, firefighter or any other city official in the performance of his duty or emergency functions as a firefighter, police officer or city official.
