(A) Any person, firm or corporation shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the city to operate a carnival a general license fee of $15 for a week or any part thereof and shall pay to said Clerk-Treasurer the additional license fees of $2 a day for the first ride and $1 a day for each additional ride and $1 a day for each concession.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the city to operate a medicine show or tent show the sum of $3 a day.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the city to operate a circus the sum of $10 per day.
