(A) In the event of significant snowfall, blizzard-like conditions, ice storms, or any other act of nature creating adverse driving conditions or otherwise threatening the safety and well-being of the citizens of city, the Mayor may declare a weather emergency.
(B) Upon declaration of a weather emergency, the Mayor may choose to designate certain streets or roadways as temporary emergency no parking areas.
